I've been thinking about it, and it feels like this would happen when switching from any to any system. Since I've been using Windows for a dozen+ years, I've got used to its issues. I'm sure that if it was the other way around, and I tried to use Windows after Linux, I would be overwhelmed by the amount of bugs and problems too.
